Sq'er ( the strong ) : Sq'erne is willed , confident and natural leader types, says Henrik Leslye. They are charismatic and likes to hear their own voice. They are not confrontational and might be thunder bass and a little " union -like "
If they are fighting for a cause , for example . vulnerable children, they are not afraid to go to the Lord Mayor's office and speak with a loud, clear voice. They fear not to say uncomfortable, and anybody can think that they are brutal . They are the ones you go to when you have a problem to be solved .
When they become more difficult - and they typically do if they experience their vigor clipped - so overdo they do, they are good ( so does everyone ) . Sq'erne can then be tumbling , a little reckless and callous, tells Henrik Leslye . Once they have seen the potential , there is nothing to stand in their way .
If you have made a "shit job " , you know. They also do not even trouble getting the "truth" in the head. They are not sad or anxious - they get angry . They often fueled by conflict and love the game. Sq'erne example . traders who are fighting for a cause.
When they become more difficult , you can deal with them by being honest . "This hurts me." It is not their intention. But wait five minutes until evaporated . You have to stand strong when going into a clinch with them. " Like that it can not continue." If you act timid, says Henrik Leslye , it can get them to drum more.
" They need to know that it can not continue like this. Most want to behave reasonably . Many of sq'erne may be shocked by how others see their behavior. They do not know how hateful they work . "
It is important to remember that we all contain the three "types " and therefore potentially may be difficult in quite different ways. However, there is often one of the features that are most prominent.
